I’ve always loved uncovering the why. When you can understand the why, then the what makes sense, almost like solving a puzzle. 

Insights are what drive me.

I’ve spent over 25 years in advertising and marketing, working on some of the most well-known global brands. I helped create award-winning campaigns and traveled the world. I’ve worked in large matrix organizations and fast-paced startup companies. I believe that the same thing that drove me toward a career in marketing, is what also drove me toward coaching—uncovering the insights that help people find the meaning in their behavior.

Coaching is part of my personal mission in life.

As a marketing leader and a manager, coaching was always part of my job. I often found that the most rewarding part of my work was helping my team members work through challenges, overcome barriers, and reach their goals.

Regardless of the complexity of work, my goal has always been to create a positive impact on those around me. I understand the pressures people face at work and at home—the challenges of juggling it all. With two teenage boys, a dog, and a husband who travels, I definitely understand it’s sometimes hard to keep all the balls in the air. That’s why, in 2019, I made the decision to pivot toward coaching and training and was awarded my certificate in Coaching from NYU, and accreditation through ICF.

I’m here as your guide.

My approach to coaching is simple: individual, honest, thoughtful, and jargon-free. Making changes takes work and motivation. I will help guide you towards the changes you want to make in your life, growth within your job, or even shifting toward a new career.
